KLD was established in 1971 and has a staff that includes transportation and traffic
engineers, software developers and safety specialists.
Our professional services include optimization, simulation,
animation and visualization.
We
have provided services to many state and local governments
throughout the nation, partnered with major consulting and
design firms, and have undertaken a number of projects
independently in Japan, Taiwan, and Korea.
We
can meet the needs of governments and corporations directly,
