KLD senior personnel have functioned as on-site traffic management experts in Emergency Operations Centers during the course of full-scale preparedness exercises. KLD supports local officials in implementation of previously developed plans and procedures.

We have developed training courses which have been presented to a national audience at the Federal Emergency Management Agency's National Emergency Training Center in Emmitsburg, Maryland. At the local level, KLD Associates senior personnel have conducted briefings and training before local community groups, local offices of emergency preparedness, meetings of emergency services personnel, and school officials. We prepare for each request for briefings by ascertaining the specific concerns of the groups involved, and tailoring our presentation to address those concerns.
